Summary: First time staying at this hotel, its a great place for families, pool, hot tub, arcade with 1$ games, pool table, and a cute little movie theatre. Rooms were spacious and clean, could use better pillows and the only negative for me was the "tip" container at the front desk, thought this was tacky. Good food close by and great walking distance to riverside park and tons of restaurants.

Summary: Stayed here for a bachelorette party. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since we had an event to attend in the early afternoon. The location was great for walking to the bars downtown later at night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. For being downtown it was also quiet. The blackout curtains were great and so was the AC. We didn’t end up using the pool but it looked clean and not too busy either. We loved the arcade area and the snack shop. The only aspect I was disappointed with was the breakfast bistro. The service wasn’t great. The food was great either. My sausages were cold, we had to send back two plates of cold, soggy hashbrowns and then they completely forgot one of our meals and had already started cleaning up and preparing to close before we had to remind them that we were still waiting on a meal.

Summary: On leaving we were asked how our stay was. We mentioned the noise from the neighbouring party at the curling club and we're ignored and told to have a nice trip. At no point during booking (6weeks ago) and check-in were we warned about the noise. We would have requested a room change of we had, but after checking in there would have been a fee.

Summary: It was good. However, their walls are paper thin. I stayed next to a family and I was able to hear their voices and children crying at all times. The hotel, service and pool are were great.
