Positive: The Timboon Villa was absolutely perfect for a family get together to celebrate my 50th! It was clean, roomy and with a dedicated games room, fire pit and 3 bathrooms so practical as an entertainment space to hold a group of people. It was well equipped, with everything you need for a weekend away. We were all impressed and so comfortable in the house. All the beds were very comfortable and it was handy to have a big dining table in the kitchen area. Timboon is a lovely, scenic destination and we really enjoyed watching the sunsets on the back porch. We have all said we want to come back!

The layout of the house is perfect for a group holiday, with two spacious living areas connected to a central kitchen and five well-arranged bedrooms that create a cozy, communal atmosphere. The separate game room was a highlight for the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. It's worth noting that the current photos on booking.com (as of May 3, 2025) don’t fully capture the charm and welcoming feel of this home. In reality, the space is even more inviting and comfortable than we anticipated. Highly recommended for family groups or friends looking for a relaxing getaway!

Positive: Just a minute or two out of the township, quiet bush land setting. Fabulous for all ages. Large living spaces and plenty of room for all to enjoy. Plush and very comfy.

Positive: Mattresses were very comfortable. Showers hot. Heater kept us warm & the fire pit. Plenty of storage.
Negative: The master ensuite didn't have the lower shower head. A quick fix could be to supply disposable shower caps in that bathroom? No darts for dart board (although I didn't check)
