My Guest Apartment is located steps away from downtown Lewisburg making it perfectly accessible to award-winning restaurants, unique shops, fine art galleries, boutique stores, nightlife, and historic sites.
Travel less than 5 minutes to the Greenbrier River Trail, 10 miles to the Greenbrier Resort, only 60 miles to Snowshoe Mountain Resort, and the Greenbrier State Forest is less than 15 miles away.
This is a self-serve apartment. I live upstairs and I'm attentive when needed or requested. Otherwise, I like to give my guests privacy and space. Prior to arrival, guests are given the key pad code to access the front door. I am happy to assist, offer recommendations, and answer questions - just send me a message.
Take an early morning stroll right to Historic Downtown Lewisburg! Enjoy the perks of downtown in my cozy studio apartment. I recently purchased this charming duplex and I live in the apartment upstairs with my toy poodle, Sammy.
The guest apartment is an open concept space with its own private entrance and an adjoining door to my apartment that stays locked during your stay.
Through the front door you enter in to the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, Keurig machine, stocked snack basket and tea drawer. Please note there is no stove/traditional oven. The living room consists of a comfy deep couch, arm chair, TV with: cable, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. The bedroom is open to the living room with a very comfortable new queen size bed, open closet with hangers, an air purifier, and a closet with a brand new stackable washer and dryer set. The bathroom consists of a standing shower, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products, and a first aid kit.

Summary: It was a lovely quaint property, perfectly located in Lewisburg, WVA; it had many personal touches such as bottle water, keurig coffee, tea bags, lovely towels, first aid kit, shampoo, conditioner, body wash to name a few. Katie was very responsive to what must have seemed like a lot of questions and this was greatly appreciated.

Summary: What a beautiful space. This property has everything you could ask for. It’s just 5 minutes walk to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. The host Katie was amazing and answered common questions before hand. I highly recommend this spot!!

Summary: This is the second time we stayed there to see a play at the Greenbrier Valley Theater. It is a short walk to downtown with the theater, restaurants and shops. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Summary: Katie was a great host, and the space was warm and comfortable. She graciously filled the fridge with water, and there was a lovely assortment of teas and coffee. The problem is that the space is directly under the living areas, and the floors and stairs are creaky and loud. That’s all normal, but it woke us up at 0400 both nights we were there. I guess that they have to be at work exceptionally early, and I’m sure that they try hard to tread lightly. My point is that this isn’t a good fit for light sleepers. If you’re a deep sleeper, then this place is super convenient to downtown Lewisburg. We were able to walk everywhere!

Summary: I couldn't have been happier with this charming place - it is comfortably and thoughtfully decorated, equipped, and furnished. The owner was responsive and provided all the information I needed for a stress-free visit. The bed is comfortable, bedding and towels great quality, plenty of hanging space and shelves to put things away - everything you want. I especially appreciated the kitchen having an electric kettle in addition to the Keurig. A selection of snacks, drinks, coffees and teas exceeded my expectations. The location is great - convenient to everything, easy to find, easy off-street parking, quiet. I hope to stay here again on future visits.
