Positive: The room was very spacious, bed super comfy and it was great having cooking facilities. Check in was easy and very friendly. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower had great pressure. Being across the road from Hagley Park was great. Very good value for money and would happily stay again. The rings seemed to have been recently renovated so looked very modern. Good heater too so was nice and cosy.

Positive: The location of the hotel was great. The ground floor room had nice sun in the afternoon and a little table and chairs outside to use. The facilities were good and the room and property was lovely and clean.
Negative: The bed was one of the worst experiences I've had. It was soft (not in a good way) bouncy, and dippy. I could feel the metal springs through the sheets. The center of the bed where both singles joined was raised and hard and each side was dippy, so there was no part suitable to sleep comfortably on. The wall heater had some sort of fault. I had to wiggle the cable to get the light to turn on and the heater to work. It stopped sometime in the night so I woke up to a cold room.
Summary: Great location and friendly staff. The beds need updating asap.

Positive: Location was great Comfy bed - great! Spacious unit - this was great! Had everything we needed eg. Kitchen items.
Negative: Nose was an issue from traffic. No sky tv, which would be ok, but the tv was also too old so wasn’t a smart tv to stream. Lucky I brought my laptop. We came home late to watch the rugby league but couldn’t on tv. The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest.
Summary: Great location with a good comfy bed, but beware no sky tv. Ps. Had the racing channel

Positive: I don't eat breakfast.. everything met expectations plus some. Only wish the bars/pubs were closer to walk.. but that's just me 😂
Negative: The weather wasn't the best 😂😂

Positive: Easy access to the city with good parking. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Was right on a very noisy/busy road - had to buy earplugs soon after arriving and was still woken just after midnight by a street sweeper that sounded like it was in the bedroom.
Summary: Noisy location, but the staff were very friendly and gave me a different room which helped.
