Positive: The location was fabulous. It is situated just up from the beach with fleeting views of the sea and the cliffs. This could be a great place to stay if only they looked after it better and made sure everything was clean and looked after.
Negative: The property was very dirty. There was dust and dirt everywhere. Surfaces had been wiped clean but nothing else. If you moved anything though, there would be dust and cobwebs behind it. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty. The oven was filthy. Anything we wanted to use we had to clean first. I tried using the hoover provided but it did not pick up anything at all. Either it's broken or needs a new bag but I was going to investigate so used a broom instead. The linen and towels looked old but clean, but because everything else was dirty it made us wonder, and this felt grubby too. Outside the property there was a broken mop just thrown on the floor and patio furniture broken and randomly strewn around. Again, nothing looked tidy or inviting.
