Sitting high between 2 tall karri trees and surrounded by giant granite boulders, 1 which rises up through the floor and in the living room, The Tree House is located in Weedon Hill, in the Denmark region of Western Australia. Positive: The location was excellent and easy access to local shops. The view was amazing with lovely birds on the balcony each morning .

Negative: The rock in the middle of the living area was a big hazard , the stairs to go to the mezzanine floor were not expected , so lucky I was able to get up and down but certainly didn’t expect a vertical ladder . To reach the bed then took another climb to get into The cook top had poor instructions for use and as such I could not turn it on . The bathroom shower had no screen or hob so water went every where .

Positive: Great location although I pictured it to be a little more secluded, it wasn’t a problem. The feel of the house from inside was lovely and open. Great fire place, very relaxing and comfortable in the lounge and dining areas. The rock really made the feel of the place peaceful and calming. Very cool set up. A great area to sit and play board games with family or friends. Communication with host was super friendly and responsive.

Negative: The shower and toilet are very close with nothing separating them- so everything gets a bit wet but we managed and it was fine. Only 1 actual bedroom with a door which was fine for us as a family. Could probably benefit from a good deep clean (but that’s me being picky).

Summary: A relaxing and fun place to stay in a handy location.
