Positive: JoAn our host was wonderful and accommodating. She is lovely! The location is GREAT, the neighborhood is beautiful. The treehouse exceeded our expectations. It’s clean, warm and cozy and was just delightful. The bed was so comfortable, and the full kitchen has everything you need to cook at home which was nice. The pool area is beautiful and refreshing! Also it’s a very pretty view from the balcony. We absolutely loved ours ray and can’t wait to come back! Thank you JoAn!;))

Positive: This place is located downtown, so you can walk to a lot of cafés and yoga studios. I loved the location! It's cozy and easily accessible. I didn't realise there are stairs to enter the apartment, so good to bear in mind that it's NOT on ground level. I arrived by bicycle and there was a shed where I could store my bicycle. Jo-An the host also very kindly lent me her bicycle when mine had a flat! It's pretty quiet at night except for the occasional siren, and the location is unbeatable, closer than many hotels. I could cycle to the pier in 15 min, and there are many grocery stores nearby. The A/C works well and the apartment is mostly cool during the day. I was looking for a quiet central place to stay while visiting for a wedding. This location was fantastic and the neighbourhood is very cute. Jo An was very accomodating of all my requests including storing my bike and a late check-out. Thank you very much Jo-An!
Negative: Would be so great to have curtains in the bedroom - couldn't sleep with the bright light. Would also love to have had a coffee table in the living room.
Summary: Cozy stay in downtown St. Pete. Would stay again.
