Positive: The host was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast was very good. Excellent value for money. Plenty of parking spaces.

Negative: The two sets of stairs to the second floor and no lift. However, that was our fault as we could have requested a lower floor.
