Positive: Lovely location and neighbourhood, high quality fit out, excellent staff, lovely atmosphere in restaurant

Negative: Poor breakfast selection, lots of congealed eggs etc Heating/air con system didn’t work properly so room very stuffy. Skyview suite was neither a suite or had a Skyview, more so a glass panel in the roof that was heavily frosted and filthy so couldn’t see the sky just let in light. No sitting area so not really a suite, could have had sofa, Tv and wardrobe in downstairs area rather than just an entrance area. Outside areas unusable and grubby as still locked up for winter, would be beautiful when the weather warms up I’m sure
