Positive: It is kept to a very high standard. The staff ate excellent. The rooms and facilities were great. It was like having your own apartment . The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils . The bathroom had three options for washing (bath, shower & Japanese style shower). Closet space was superb . It was quiet and tranquil . We like the afternoon cakes and free ice cream .

Negative: It would have been good if there were a few free weights in the gym (Dumbbells and kettlebells). Please could you give more instructions in English on how to use the excellent washing machine and bath water temperature , oven and hot water . These are just minor suggestions. If there could be English breakfast tea in rooms this would have been excellent . The hotel is excellent. We will definitely come here again .

Negative: I wish the restaurant stayed open for dinner as the nearest city is a decent drive away and many restaurants close early.

Positive: The room was incredible, and the service was absolutely fantastic, it was so attentive and thoughtful. I don’t speak Japanese, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. Their outstanding hospitality, the location, and the unforgettable room truly made our stay exceptional! The breakfast was delicious, and there was a buffet with fresh fruits, salads, spreads and bread.

Positive: Amazing room. Beautiful view. Delicious breakfast. Great pool. Swimming rings and life jackets for kids. Great sunset. Loved our stay.

Negative: Definitely need a car. We came by bus on the first day but the hotel was far from the bus stop. Left on the last day by taxi (2,000 yen). No restaurant options nearby for dinner. Could have a few more items for cooking in the kitchen.

Summary: Spectacular, would definitely stay again.
