Summary: The property is lovely. Very quiet and serene. There were plenty of beds for the 10 of us. We had hoped to be able to enjoy time around the fire pit, but the weather was so hot and humid, we decided against it. Got to explore the area and really enjoyed it.

Summary: This property was very spacious and accommodating. The pictures don’t do it justice. The common spaces were cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The screened in patio, fire pit, and game room were all great hang-out places. If we have any complaints, it would be antenna reception on the TV’s. Be sure you have your streaming service passwords.

Summary: Property was beautiful. Plenty of beds for sleeping. Plenty of space for gathering. Very enjoyable place. Would suggest you get a second refrigerator somewhere in the patio room or somewhere. One refrigerator not big enough for a large group. And it would be nice to have a full inventory list of what’s there sent at time of check in. We brought several items to cook with that were there. Like mixer and crock pot. Would not have brought. Overall we would give a 10.

Summary: The home was a nice place for our large group to stay for an extended weekend. It was comfortable for our group of 16. The kids loved having the playroom to hang out. We had plenty of room to park our trailers. Quiet and comfortable space!

Summary: This was our first family vacation and it was perfect! The location of the home is remote enough to be quiet, but close to the Walmart, which saved us on more than one occasion. It is definitely an older home, but it gave it just the right amount of character. Plus, the linens, kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas were very clean. The house has so many things to do if you have kids or teens. There is also plenty of room to find some quiet space for the adults. My family is still talking about it. We are already looking at dates for next year!

Summary: We went here for Father's day weekend. Group of 15 (10 adults, 5 children). Chose this location for the space and view. House itself was similar in size to ours so we knew it would be a comfortable fit, but the home is so well laid out that I couldn't help but think it was actually larger. There was nothing but plenty of space, and everything was provided. (Probably didn't need to bring half of what we did thinking about it in hindsight). Stores are well within reasonable distance, and there are plenty of things to see. Honestly the firepit and the backyard were all the attractions needed. We pitched tents, there's no light pollution so the night sky is clear and the starts/constellations visible. The fire pit itself creates a whole mood as well, but the view of the backyard... It is overlooking the lake with valleys that stretch into the horizon, and I honestly could have sat there and watched it change through all four seasons; it's just amazing. Unfortunately, as it is in the country, we did have an incident with a wasp nest that was on the front porch, but they came out in less than 30 mins to take care of it. We definitely enjoyed the stay and left talking about how we'd visit here again.

Summary: The house was perfect for our needs, lots of sleeping areas for privacy. The extra large screened porch was excellent for all of us eating together. We used the fire pits twice and the teenagers loved it. The washer and dryer was also very appreciated. The location in the country but only 4 miles to town was very convenient! Our Host answered our question quickly. Would have loved having a 2nd refrigerator for just drinks! But again it was perfect for our 4 families needs!

Summary: The cabin was clean, the property was spacious, the view overlooking Lake of the Arbuckles was lovely, the beds were comfortable, the number of living spaces was generous - wonderful! Our extended family of 10 was only ever "crowded" around the dining room table. 😊 The town of Sulphur was close by and charming, with lots to do and explore. The property manager responded quickly. Highly recommend!
