Summary: Good hotel. Clean room. All main amenities available. Location is great and has nearby local street food. Staff is okay but lack training. Manager is helpful and good.

Summary: Excellent hotel with a convenient location. We visited with family and had a very pleasant stay. The staff were professional and handled everything efficiently. Breakfast was satisfying and well prepared.

Summary: The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well. The check-in time mentioned on their website was incorrect (it's actually 2PM) so I was charged an early check-in fee, but the owner personally reached out to me and refunded this amount after I pointed it out, which I thought was a really sincere gesture. Overall, I found the staff unusually friendly, polite and courteous. Highly recommend this place especially if you're visiting Hyderabad for a US visa interview
