Positive: I loved everything. It was my 3rd time there and this time brought my son a daughter in law. Amy at check in was phenomenal
Negative: An adult only swimming pool would have been nice
Summary: In the past, the Aria was my hotel of choice. Now it’s the Venetian.

Positive: The Hotel itself is beautiful with the canal shops and Venetian theme, we liked the size of the rooms and the location
Negative: It was so over crowded, the staff was overwhelmed, and understaffed, especially in the pool areas. We were surprised by extra charges at check-in for "connecting rooms" and had to explain that we booked one room, not 2. The pools were also super busy, and the pools themselves we super dirty.

Positive: Connected rooms was a nice set up. Close to The Sphere. Black Tap (burger and shakes restaurant) was amazing. Breakfast at the Bouchon was great!
Negative: Took a few hours for our luggage to make it from Bellhop to our room. When asked, a woman rep near luggage yelled at me when in line to ask to carry my luggage. She stated, “it’s probably already in the basement.” Weird statement since I just walked from the car a few feet from where our luggage was. Took 3 hours, 2 phone calls, and two text messages before our luggage arrived.
Summary: Adjoining deluxe suites and short walk to Sphere.

Positive: Rooms were spacious and clean and beds were comfortable
Negative: Too much indoor smoking made it hard to breath at times. No room on the fridge to put items of your own and wanted to charge $150 to empty the fridge despite not consuming anything from it
