Positive: We loved the beautiful decor all around the hotel,the staff were really nice and so helpful in every department. Food in The Ivy restaurant was excellent and beautifully presented.Breakfast was served to you and again The court yard was a very pretty breakfast room. Bed room was very comfortable and clean,loved the shower and the room decor here too,the water being replaced daily was very much appreciated. Thank you for the chocolate 😁 Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed break.We will be back thank you all

Negative: The sink plug is too small for the sink as a result the water drained out,annoying , 1 of the face cloth had make up stains on it Room 211 It would be great to have a small light in bathroom that wasn't attached to the extractor fan so you could use at night time without the noise
