Positive: Beautifully appointed room. We stayed in room 2, which is dog friendly and wonderful view of the beach. Very comfortable bed, facilties great, all new and clean. Definitely recommend.

Negative: Limited parking and the floors were a bit creaky. No meals available.

Positive: The room itself was clean, recently modernized and a good size, the kitchenette was nice, and the bed was comfortable
Negative: Checking in was a challenge - there was no one onsite, the instructions for entry were inadequate, no one answered the phone when I called to try to access the room, and I waited outside for 30 minutes before I got full instructions. Also, no decaf options with the tea and coffee
