Summary: Absolutely beautiful guest house located in the heart of Llandudno with everything in walking distance. It is very clean and has a lift. There is a beautiful veranda where you can sit outside overlooking the pier and sea. We had a full English breakfast and catered for my intolerances of gluten and dairy free. The best breakfast I have ever had! Would 100% recommend and a well deserved 5 🌟

Summary: Very good value considering what we paid. Room was clean with nice bathroom, comfortable bed and lovely view over the seafront and pier. Great location to explore Llandudno and near enough the train station to come on foot. Nice breakfast with good selection and easy ordering system. It can be a bit noisy at night due to proximity to Pier - but you can’t have everything!

Summary: Fantastic and helpful staff, nice large room, very good breakfast, and absolutely gorgeous location with a beautiful view of the beach, cliffs, pier, and town from the balcony with lovely seating. All at a fantastic price. Absolutely recommend a stay.

Summary: This was our second stay in four years. We previously stayed in 2024. On our latest visit we found our room very clean & tidy with the appropriate amount of tea, coffee etc. Bottled water was provided. The bed was fine. We had a view of the bay from the room. Breakfast menu had plenty of choice & was both well presented and delicious. We were well looked after by all the staff who were happy to meet any requests. The garden area at the front of the hotel was exceptionally well planted and colourful. We would stay again & would recommend others to do so. This is a well run hotel

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at The View Guest House. The owners/staff are very friendly and helpful. The room allocated to us was very clean and comfortable with spectacular sea views overlooking the north shore. The breakfast was also five star. Ample choice, good portion sizes and quality products used. The breakfast room felt very homely, bright and cheerful. It looks out onto the immaculate and beautifully kept front terrace with lots of bright and colourful flowers to admire. Everything was very well maintained. We couldn't find a fault and will certainly look to return in the not too distant future. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Summary: Great guest house. The view of the bay is fantastic. We had lovely room, number 1, with fabulous views of the bay. Its really well situated close to lots of good restaurants. Great location for the great orme too. Its a really welcoming and easy going place. Brian and family were very accommodating. Plenty of outdoor seating and seating in lounge bar inside too. They operate a honesty bar, great idea, with good choices, beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and some chocolate. (Crisps would be good). Free tea and coffee. We forgot our decaf teabags, was surprised they had some and gave us half a dozen for use in our room. Room was lovely, nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, choose what your want. Breakfast was pre-order it was lovely and freshly cooked, with good choices. Would recommend and return. Well done to you all.

Summary: We recently stayed at The View Guest House and had a fantastic experience overall. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating, which really made our stay feel special from start to finish. The location is absolutely fabulous – perfect for exploring the area. We highly recommend a visit to the Great Orme, where there’s plenty to see and do. We were even lucky enough to spot seals and puffins, which was a real highlight of the trip. Breakfast was excellent, with great service throughout the day. Everything was well organised and run very smoothly. Our room was comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep on both nights. The only minor downside was the big wheel with flashing lights right outside our sea-view room. While this was obviously not the guest house’s fault, it was a little distracting in the evening. That said, it’s switched off by 11pm and the noise was minimal, so it didn’t impact our sleep. Perhaps blackout blinds would be a useful addition, as the room was quite bright in the morning. Overall, a wonderful stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The View Guest House.
