The View offers the ultimate in family/friends getaways and for football weekends. The view from this three -story home offers spectacular views of Lake Martin from every window. This 2.400 sq. ft. home sits on 2 acres of land with plenty of green space for play along the water, private dock with multiple cleats for mooring and its own private boat ramp. This updated rental is only 4.5 miles from Still waters Golf Course and a short boat ride to Chimney Rock, Harbor Point Marina, The Cove Restaurant, and Chuck's Marina.
The ground floor level is comprised of the master bedroom and additional bedroom and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features two twin beds (trundle style) to accompany a queen for family privacy. The second bedroom is a spacious master bedroom with queen bed. It boasts plenty of storage for clothing and suitcases. The flooring is a low Berber for ease and comfort in walking and sound reduction. The ground floor gives way to a spacious outdoor area with full seating and views of the lake under ceiling fans giving direct access to the grill, dock and plentiful green space for family activities like football, Frisbee and horseshoes.
The second level is the gathering place in this unique home. It features all wood flooring and a wall of windows across the entire lakefront of the home. Encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen area it features Modern style cabinets, granite countertops, and all stainless steel appliances. The galley style kitchen boasts the view of the lake in all directions. The living area also looks over the lake and features television, reading area and a ½ bath. Directly the living and kitchen area is a second patio with rockers and fans for warmer days.
The third level features a spacious two very large bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each done in a clean pop modern style. The floor is done with a low Berber rug throughout for comfort and sound reduction. The master bath has a double walk-in shower with glass front and slate floor and walls. The bathroom is complete with full bath and shower.
The property is located on the Blue Creek arm of Lake Martin approximately four miles past Stillwaters Resort off of county road 34. Auburn is only 30 min away. Birmingham and Atlanta just under 2 hours.

Summary: Visited the area for a weekend of football at Auburn. Quick drive to and from campus was convenient. House is comfortable and clean, and is perfectly situated on quiet part of the lake with fantastic views. The sunrise shouldn’t be missed! Communication with the property manager was extensive prompt and helpful. A very nice stay!

Summary: Four bedrooms and the 2 upstairs both have queen beds. Bathroom on all 3 levels. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Our 3rd time to stay here and we’ll be back.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our friends and family stay. We had our own watercraft so having the boat launch was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was welcoming and comfortable. The property was peaceful. Everyone enjoyed themselves

Summary: We loved the layout of this house for our large group. The view was breathtaking and proximity of the house to the lake was perfect. The only negative comments we can make are in regards to the mattresses and the air conditioner. The upstairs mattresses are in desperate need of updating and the air conditioner had a very difficult time keeping up during the day.
