Positive: The house exceeded our expectation, great location, we’ve been able to enjoy the Sound and Lights show from Tsarsvets Fortress directly from the house terrace. The hosts were very friendly and gave us upfront a lot of useful information and tips for a pleasant stay. They left a nice surprise for us in the fridge, we felt welcomed. Clean, in a quiet area, kitchen with everything you might need, comfortable beds. We’ve had our furry babies with us and they were equally welcomed and happy. We’ll be back with pleasure.

Positive: The host was so nice. He sent us a lot of information regarding what to visit and it was always responsive to our needs. Also impeccable English. The apartment is huge. We loved the view from the little balcony. The Veliko show and the city are so nice and the fortress is something you need to see. There is a lot of places to sleep, it has couches and beds, suitable for a large group of friends/family.
Negative: There is a long way to walk up the hill from the accommodation and we were with the baby. We had to push strollers uphill and outside was pretty hot and sunny. If you want to go by car, is hard to find a parking place in the center. The place could have been cleaner on some details but overall it was good. The road to the house is paved and it is a struggle to drive on it.

Positive: We had great experience! The townhouse is extremely clean, very well furnished and with beautiful paintings and a lovely view. There was a special corner full of toys and board games for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were friendly and kind, they provided valuable information for our visit. We would love to go back again!

Positive: Lovely view of the fortress and quiet location near the river. We could see the fortress light show from the townhouse and the nearby bridge. The coffee machine was amazing and the children enjoyed playing with the games provided. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and plates. The beds were comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for 8 people. Beautiful paintings around the house created by the owner provided that personal touch. The convenient self checkin and responsive communication with the owner.
Negative: There wasn't a lock on the upstairs bedroom and the sofa bed in the basement bedroom was a bit uncomfortable. There was a little confusion with Google maps as the apartment is also named The View, but it is located in a different area. I think they should be 2 separate listings and named something else. The correct address was provided, so it was just an oversight on our part.

Positive: Location: Great view to the fortress and the Saturday show, near the water and the old bridge. Host: really nice, I even forgot my watch and he sent it by courier form BG to RO (thank you!) House: great for 3 families with children. AC in every room, even professional heat recovery ventilation for the room downstairs!
Negative: The temperature in Veliko: 34-36 °C during our stay, but one day we went to the waterfall and it was nice and cool

Positive: Lovely house! The property is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The area is very picturesque and the view from the property is amazing. The kids loved playing with the toys left in the house. Definitely will come back!
Negative: It is a town house, so you need to supervise young kids up and down the stairs, but it wasn’t much of a problem for us and our 4 year olds had a great time!
