Positive: Welcome pack with bacon eggs and a bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Bedrooms week a good size. Nice facilities and very quiet well away from main road traffic so very safe for dog to roam around safely. Dog bed a towel also very helpful.
Negative: Bedroom door on right didn't close properly.

Positive: This cosy cottage with panoramic views over the Welsh and English countryside is idyllic . The facilities are more than adequate and the goodies in the fridge as a welcome gift were delicious. The proprietor is friendly and engaging and very willing to please. We loved every aspect of our stay.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike about the property.
Summary: A trip to relax and enjoy with no traffic, noise, and the most fabulous views.

Positive: Great location. The views were lovely and the veranda seating area on the 1st floor was great, Convenient parking. Plenty of information for the local area.
Negative: For me and my wife the mattress on the bed was a bit soft and bouncy and difficult to get a good nights sleep. We did notice one or two cobwebs but I think that might be due to the fact that there had not been any guests for a week or two before our arrival.
Summary: Great value for money. This was a last minute booking to extend our vacation in Wales.

Positive: The location was good and quiet with a beautiful view. However the instructions do need to say whether they are coming from Welshpool or the other way. Plenty of hot water in sink and shower. The host was easily available. Beds very comfortable.
Negative: This is purely a personal comment and may not apply to other guests but we did find the settee and chairs downstairs to be very soft and - for us - were uncomfortable. anyone with back problems would have found them unusable.
Summary: A conveniently located and relaxing stay, great to find a generous supply of groceries in the fridge
