Positive: One room was great. The other wasn't (see below). Good location. Reasonable value. But more hassle than I wanted - see below.
Negative: This isn't a hotel!!! When making a reservation it looks like a hotel, but it isn't. No staff. No restaurant. Everything is online. We booked two superior double rooms. One was great. The other was immediately above, in the eaves and really wasn't "superior" at all. No-one to complain to... Left luggage is like working out a puzzle. We met some equally bewildered Spanish people trying to check in as we left. The online stuff is OK but not fantastic.
Summary: Hotel stay turned out to be appartments with one of the two rooms not to the expected standard

Positive: I really liked the room itself, it was very cozy and pretty. There were a coffee machine a kettle and a small fridge. The size of the room was good and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, and the staff there was nice.
Negative: Check in was horrible. No one around and no clear instructions. The Vanda App has different informations than in the description of the hotel. For example check in was at 3.00 PM but in the Vanda App it said 2.00 PM... trying to check in then around 2.30PM didn’t work, but with the message: "you’re booking wasn’t found".. instead of “too early to check in”... which left us totally confused. After a phone call with the assistance we came back some time later to check in, which worked with the 3rd attempt, because the system every now and then hopped back to the beginning of the process... so nervwracking. Two other families were in the lobby the same time as we and all were upset with the check in system aswell....

Negative: The app used to gain access didn’t work and was a source of anxiety. There was no receptionist on-site, so again had to wait for email responses to requests.
Summary: Nice venue, clean rooms, but lacking the human touch.
