Positive: I needed a hotel for one night following a flight booking snafu. The rate was reasonable and it seemed fairly close to the airport. I was nervous when it took 45 minutes to get there in heavy traffic, but it was only 20 minutes to get back at 4:30 a.m. The pool looked nice and there are many audible birds around, including roosters both near and far.

Negative: Hard to find. No elevator. Shower didn't heat up. Thin pillows and towels. The room was fine for my purposes, but I would have been disappointed if I'd booked a longer stay or brought my family for a pleasure trip.

Positive: Great place outside the rush of the city but close enough to all nearby beaches and old town. Extremely clean, well taken care of!!!! The owner was superb! Helpful, friendly and even gave me a ride to nearby bakery.

Positive: I really enjoyed that this hotel was off the beaten path yet close to everything, especially it's proximity to the airport. It's in the countryside so you don't have to deal with the noise of a touristy area like San Juan so a good night's rest is definitely possible. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

Negative: The directions I received from Booking.com were slightly off and took me to a different location about 2 blocks down the road. Luckily, the staff was able to direct me back to where I needed to be. Just be on the look out for the giant bunny. That's the landmark that help me get to the hotel.

Summary: Restful, clean, and comfortable.
