This property has it all. Located where most visitors are looking to be, between 466 and 466A which makes an easy golf cart ride to either the Sumter or Brownwood square. Large over sized lanai with a wrap around bird cage. Heated hot tub, oversized corner lot with complete privacy. Enjoy the serenity of sitting on the patio listening to the water rushing over the waterfall in the wonderfully landscaped courtyard. 2 bedroom 2 Baths and an office to work from if needed. Over1590 square feet of relaxation awaits you in our well decorated Courtyard Villa. Everything you need from a Keurig coffee maker to crockpot and instant pot. There is gas and coal grill available. Renter is required to fill any empty propane tank prior to leaving. There’s a gas golf cart available for you, to take you to the neighborhood pools, go golfing or to enjoy the squares. High speed Wireless Internet and cable television in every bedroom as well as the living room is just another benefit for you, our guests. Master bedroom touts a new kingsize sleep number bed, a Queen bed in the second bedroom and a full bed in the 3rd bedroom.
February and March will not be rented out until January 2023 is booked those 3 months are full month rentals only. Located in the Village of Buttonwood centrally Located between Sumter Landing and Brownwood Squares.
There are over 49 golf courses and over 90 pools located throughout the Villages.
Live nightly entertainment at all three Squares, (weather permitting) Enjoy visiting or participating in most any of the over 2200 clubs that are organized in the Villages. There is an Airport shuttle to pick you up and return you to the Orlando airport. We have made arrangements to receive discounted rates on vehicle rentals if you’re interested vehicle can be waiting for you at the Villa as you arrive. 4 passenger golf cart is provided at no extra cost. Renter is responsible to fill the golf cart with gasoline prior to leaving and leave the gate keycard on the counter. Failure to do so may will result in a $25 charge taken from the security deposit! There is a golf cart gas station at both Sumter Landing and Brownwood.
We will arrange for guest passes free of charge, if needed or you may opt for Temporary resident IDs for a fee of $50 payable to The Villages if you choose to get them. All
Rates are plus applicable Taxes and Cleaning fee. Rentals under 7 days are on a case by case basis! An additional fee of $150 for each traveler over 2 original guests

Summary: This 3B/2B Villa was absolutely perfect. Everything you possibly need in the kitchen. Fantastic lanai and hot tub, comfortable wicker furniture, relaxing fountain in the landscaping. I would definitely recommend this home.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this Villa & it was set up very nicely. The Back yard was more than we expected. The hot tub was in great shape and we enjoyed our coffee on the patio with privacy fencing surrounding the backyard. The waterfall was nice to listen to & was very relaxing. The house was well equipped and everything was great. Paul & Deb made for wonderful hosts & went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. We would definitely stay again with them on our next stay in The Villages.
