Summary: We really enjoyed the hot tub and spent a good bit of time playing pool with the kids. There weren’t enough sheets for use on the pull out beds or towels, and the trash hadn’t been pulled prior to us arriving. There was a smell in the kitchen and we couldn’t narrow down if it was lingering from the old trash after my husband took it out or if it was coming from the refrigerator. Other than that the house was lovely and had plenty of space for our group of 9 to spread out.

Summary: First of all the listing says it has a heated pool. We get there and there is a cover on the pool. Then went to cook burgers on the grill and the grill was missing the grates and hadn’t been cleaned ever. The house was very poorly put together as well and in a bad neighborhood. It was bad enough that we left early and still payed for two nights that we didn’t use.

Summary: The property is centrally located which made it very convenient to visit local attractions. There were some minor repairs needed, but nothing that made the stay unpleasant. The property manager was easy to contact and work with. We loved that there was plenty of room for 6 of us to enjoy. The pool table was a big bonus for us.

Summary: I wish our visit had been in the summer time and not the late fall. The house is set up perfectly for family get togethers but half of the value of the property is the pool area which we could not use because of the time of year. It is a spacious property even if it looks bigger in the photos, e.g. there's not quite enough room around the pool table. The dinning room too was small but perfect for playing cards. My one criticism is that when we arrived every room had a plug in air freshener and the scent of the air fresheners was choking. We put them all in the garage and happily found once the air cleared that they were not masking any underlying odor. The owner was very responsive in fact stopped by as promised to check in. We did enjoy our stay.

Summary: The house has 3 beds and 3 pullouts. There was no air mattresses as mentioned. There were no sheets for the pullouts until day 2 when I had to demand some be provided. There was one pan to cook on that was in rough shape and 7 bath towels. We were originally provided 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Overall the decor was fine and the house was visibly clean. It could use a deep cleaning, especially under the beds. I am frustrated that the house wasn’t really as advertised and barely had any amenities for the 12 people I booked for. When I originally asked the owner for supplies he said that he provided enough for what I booked for. However, I paid extra to have 12 at the house. So the implication that I was dishonest was uncalled for. I had to reach out several times to the owner to be provided more supplies. They did come and provide some items, but I shouldn’t have had to ask. Future guests should prepare to bring most things (paper goods, trash bags, wash rags and towels, sheets and bedding, and more). The kids liked the pool, hot tub and pool table (even though it was a little hard to play in the small space). There were no instructions for the house provided, so at checkout I tried to leave things as I found them. I’ve had better experiences honest listings, open communication and better instructions.

Summary: Very nice property. Close to Walmart, which was convenient. The pool and hot tub were the favorite activities. Plenty of parking. TV in every room. The kitchen could’ve used a few more tools for truly cooking your own dinner. overall, it met all of our needs and are a big family of 12 had somewhere to stay that was roomy.
