Positive: The property was centrally located to all. The staff is lovely and the rooftop is a nice touch. Tye breakfast in the morning is over the top!
Negative: The property is located on the 5th floor with a very small elevator so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or a stroller, may be slightly cumbersome, but still doable!
Summary: Efficient, clean, and perfect for a quick trip into Rome.

Positive: One of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed in, and this is largely due to the staff. The team couldn't be more welcoming and helpful, really made us feel right at home! The location is exceptional and the breakfast view from the terrace is really special, would not hesitate to return.

Negative: Roof top is overrated.....VIEW IS TO NEIGHBOURS WALL...need reservation to enter, also as guest...although 17 hrs wad mentioned to open, when there we were asked to go away and comeback at 18 hrs... Breakfast you have to decide day before what you would like next day...very oldfashioned...very limited breakfast...i paid 250 euro for 1 night incl brsakfast....way to much for what is offered. Also bathroom wad in other part of hotel...to drink water in the night you need to walk through hotel to your bathroom to drink water....a lot of rules with keys and cards to use...buttons to click so door are opened to go outside.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Positive: It was a great location. Front-desk staff were very nice and competent.
Negative: Parking is NOT included on the property! It says it is but you have to park a 17 min walk away and pay over 30 euro a night. They also said they would have a gluten-free breakfast (we let them know weeks in advance) and they only had a few crackers. Nothing else was offered.
Summary: Great location, misleading about parking.

Positive: Staff was amazing and the rooms are simple but they made sure to take of every little detail of things to make our stay more comfortable and easier. The location is great walking distance to Fimcino Centro (great restaurants) and close to Fumicino airport.

Positive: The location is truly fantastic, right behind the corner from the Pantheon, the view feom the roof top terrace over the roofs of Rome is stunning, staff very friendly, they even allowed me to check in early since the room was available already at 11:00 AM, and breakfast was on pre-order but really plentiful a made fresh for you on the spot. We will definetely choose to stay here again.
