The grand staircase leads to an oversized master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, office (usable as a 6th bedroom), and a massive bathroom with jetted tub, shower, dual vanity, and private toilet. Two jack-and-jill bedrooms with king trundle beds (sleep 8 total) share a bathroom. A large king bedroom completes the second floor.

Year-round pool: Pool heated three ways (aquathermal solar, gas, solar cover) for a great experience. Fully fenced with waterfall and pebble-tech finish. Includes floaties and balls. Solar heat is free (Apr 1–Sep 30, mid-80s). Gas heat, $249 initial setup and $129/day thereafter (Nov 1–Mar 30) or $129 initial setup and $89/day thereafter (Apr 1–Sep 30), keeps pool at 90°F for the entire stay. Solar blanket required to reduce 90% energy loss. Add-ons apply to full booking. Message us to add gas heat.
