Positive: It was a nice quiet place to stay. Right off the main strip of sturgeon bay. Easy to get in with the door codes, no issues finding the place. No worries about kids running down the halls or early wake ups. Convenient parking right across the street.
Negative: Not very well insulated, so if you had a main floor room, you can hear every step of whoever is above you, walking down the hall, coming in the door, etc. It seems like a historical building so it's not surprising. Just a little irritating.

Positive: Location was perfect! Loved the decor. Love older homes like this. Lots of big windows. Nice porch. Convenient parking. Liked combination locks. Host very helpful & courteous, recommended great restaurants.
Negative: Lighting a bit dim. Pulling shades for privacy was complex. No breakfast on site. Could refresh hanging plants on porch.
Summary: A good home base for our trip!
