Positive: This was my second visit in one week and the services were top-notch. The ease of access and the welcoming treats ranging from chocolates, bottle of wine, chips and sodas shows the highest grade of hospitality. I am glad Dan was able to give me pointers in achieving what I came for, gave me a discount and with a promise to keep in touch. The bus stop about 5 minutes a way makes it easy to navigate round the region and retreat back to a serene environment.

Positive: We got the room with the private bathroom or washroom as they call them in Canada. It was very clean, comfortable, and nice treats were waiting for us on one of the night tables when we got there. It is a self service kind of place but the host is easy to reach and very helpful with any questions we had. The neighborhood is a development that is quiet so you do have to drive to get something to eat but their are options close by. Also not too far to get to the falls, we left early to get to them and that plan worked well to avoid massive crowds later in the day as it was a weekend in August.
Negative: One guest parked behind me, blocking me in, but that was easily resolved by calling the host (who lives elsewhere), we figured out which room that person was in and I woke him up and he moved the car so we could be on our way. The host was very apologetic about it but it wasn't his fault and he was actually making a trip over to the place but this minor issue was solved without a problem.
Summary: Really pleased at the excellent value, cleanliness, and concern of our host that all was good.
