Summary: The property was a great location in town. I am a local but I stayed over with friends for a fun night out in town. This location is walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in town. The property was very clean and easy to access.

Summary: We've lived in Warwick/Sugar Loaf for 30+ years, so know it very well. We just moved to SC so needed a place to stay on a holiday visit. This is a very nice unit which allows walking access to all the wonderful stores & restaurants that thrive in the Village of Warwick!

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s, the check in process was a breeze and the place was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was lively in the day with many food options and a pharmacy close by. There was overnight free parking lot a block away (you cannot park on the street overnight). Overall it was a great stay and it was a short distance from American dream!

Summary: Location was great but there were a few issues with the property. Minimum amenities (no tissues, the smallest bars of soap, no tin foil, poor lighting). However the biggest issue was the inability to turn the bath into a shower. It was very old.

Summary: The apartment was clean, easy check in, and listing was accurate. Our only issue was not enough linens for our family of four, if linens are included in the listing there should be enough linens for all (3) beds listed and enough towels for number of guests arriving. We did reach out to the Host and they responded quickly, but there should be no need to have to contact the host for linens/towels. Overall the apartment was comfortable and convenient to local attractions.

Summary: The Warwick Flat was perfect for my spouse and I. We came to Warwick for the weekend, stayed in the flat on Saturday night. Ryan, the host, was very communicative, made it easy to enter the flat. The location is perfect, right on Main street, close walk to dining options. The Flat was clean, bathroom was big enough and the kitchen was more than serviceable. I would definitely use the Flat on another trip to Warwick!

Summary: This apartment was perfect for a one night stay. I actually thought the photos didn’t do it justice - it seemed bigger in person than what I had expected! Very nice communication from the owner, as well.
