Summary: Its amazing hotel. Mr kendrick was a gentleman really helpful. My problems was breakfast was very disappointing. Mr kendrick advised my wife to order laxsa. This malay girl was not friendly n the other woman was making indean bread when i ask her to add in one egg. She sad we don't do this. For a 5star hotel. Very bad manager have to look into this matter. Ps first time happened.

Summary: Room on the club floor has water-seepage on the wall. Mirror is blurry , not properly cleaned. Mould on the wall of the bathroom. It looks dirty and ignored by the cleaner.

Summary: We booked a premier 2-bedroom apartment. The main room was lovely, bright and great view of the river and the surrounding. The 2nd room and the common seating area had much improvements needed. The areas smell from a lack of sunlight and ventilation. While it is not possible to reconfigure the rooms, the 2nd bedroom and common seating area could benefit from brighter condition and air purifier.

Summary: Bathroom fittings need renewed or updated. The festival karaoke was at the front of the hotel and the noise was horrific
