The Waters Edge Villa is not just in the name, this double story beautifully presented property is a stones throw from the water. No need for the headache of packing and loading the kids in the car to go to for a swim, simply cross the quiet cul-de-sac and you are at a little piece of paradise.
The home is situated at the end of a quiet court. Safe for the kids to ride their bikes with a full view of the street and water from the living room. They will never be far from your sight while you relax with friends and enjoy a wine and a BBQ on the large front balcony with water views.
Close to the local shopping precinct, and an easy walk along the foreshore to the Loch Sport Marina Hotel & Marina. Walking distance to sporting facilities. As well as the convenience of a boat ramp in your street.
Comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 people - 4 Bedrooms including; 1 double bed, 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunks and a single bed. One doona and pillow supplied for each bed, however guests are required to bring their own linen and towels. The home will easily accommodate two families, with ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet connected to the master bedroom, family bathroom with bath/shower and separate wash closet.
The kitchen is fully self-contained, with microwave. Ceiling fans in the main living space and new split system air conditioning / heating units on both floors. As the house runs on tank water, we recommend bringing your own drinking water.
There is plenty to keep the kids entertained with board games, books, DVD’s also Nintendo Wii upstairs in their own retreat area.
Departing - Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise arranged, cleaning products are supplied for tenants use. We ask that everything used is washed and returned to the cupboards, and all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are left as you found them. One hours cleaning is allowed for in the rate charged any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the bond.

Summary: Stayed at this property in early December and very happy with the spot- right across the road from the beach. The house was well equipped with cooking facilities, bikes, bucket and spade, canoe, pencils for colouring, games etc.... The owners were very helpful also and had fantastic communication. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again :)

Summary: This was a great spot for our family to meet for a week together. The house had plenty of room, for the 6 adults and 4 children, and there were board games and a Wii to keep everyone entertained. It is situated across the road from the water, and the street was very quiet, so the children were safe to ride their bikes. Lovely walks outside the front door. Loch Sport is a lovely spot, may be a bit quiet if your after night life - but was great for us.

Summary: If i could this property a higher rating i would! beautiful home with the perfect location. My family and i stayed here over the Christmas/New year break,plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 children. Beach access at the end of a very quiet street at your doorstep.The beach itself is perfect for young children,quiet and shallow. Lochsport is a perfect little town with everything you need and more.The supermarket was always well stocked so you dont need to travel far for supplies. We got to experience the annual twlight market and carnival which the kids enjoyed. New year fireworks could be seen from beach. The owner of the property was amazing to deal with,any issues he was a phone call away and was very easy to talk to. My family and i are looking forward to our next stay here in the future and will be highly recommending this place to all our friends.
