Positive: Breakfast was good, though I would have appreciated a few more healthy options such as chia pudding, overnight oats, and a larger, more varied fruit platter. The food overall was tasty and well prepared, and I especially appreciated the open, clean, and modern kitchen. However, for a restaurant located right next to the sea, I would have liked to see more fresh fish and seafood options on the menu.
Summary: A very comfortable and relaxing experience in beautiful surroundings in a prime location.

Positive: All the food is prepared fresh, tastes great and has been given a lot of attention. Good Coffee too. All eaten under a gorgeous wave like bamboo shala/restaurant keeping you out of the sun, but in the lovely breeze. Was able to work from there in the afternoons, read and enjoy the views of the ocean. The property is not obstructed by shacks. And its bang in the middle of the beach -- ideal to head out for a swim or a walk anywhere on Palolem. Bonus + two gorgeous retrievers for Company for beach play.
Negative: The retrievers could be out in all areas of the property like the restaurant but thats just us :)
Summary: Gorgeous peaceful hotel smack in the calmness of Palolem with great food, team, and accessible.

Positive: Beautiful hotel right on the beach front with nice gardens in a Thai vibe resort. Food at restaurant was good. They had live music sessions at the weekends. The rooms were a good size.
Negative: - No sense of arrival, couldn't find entrance and no one greeted us - no safety deposit box in the rooms - you had to request sunbeds and umbrellas - the price we paid (£86 GBP) was quite high, matching the prices of Europe, so I would expect very high standards of service and amenities like a pool, so because of this I feel it is overpriced

Positive: Direct access to the beach, beautiful rooms, lovely staff and good value for money. Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon!
Negative: We stayed 3 nights and the water in the room was never replenished. The breakfast menu included with the room isn’t that great but the normal menu isn’t expensive so it wasn’t an issue for us.
