Summary: Easy check in, clean room, comfy bed, fridge and coffee machine a nice touch. Decent breakfast although got busy around 9am Nice outdoor seating area when the weather is nice

Summary: Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was way above expectations for the price of the stay. They truly helped out with everything and were super nice. A/C in Vienna summer is a must and was 10/10. Location perfect.

Summary: I don’t normally review hotels but this was such a charming place. Rooms were spacious, AC was strong, the breakfast was great. And it’s an amazing location with lots of good restaurants around. Will return!

Summary: Comfortable hotel, excellent neighbourhood location for gastronomy and handicraft shopping. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and included a wide selection of food. The bed was comfortable. However, the hotel will not receive the highest rating from us, as we were travelling with another couple and the air conditioning in their room did not work at all during the five days of our stay (with daytime temperatures averaging 30°C in Vienna). We went to reception more than three times, but no one was able to resolve the issue or even made a genuine effort to find a solution. The only responses we received were: “the hotel is fully booked”, “we’ll see later”, or “someone will check during the day”. I also won’t give top marks due to the lack of courtesy during check-in, which fell short of expectations for a hotel of this standard.
