Positive: Very large and unique hotel next to the sea. The reef club was one of our highlight. Food at breakfast and at the Palio’s restaurant were also great.
Negative: A bit too noisy on the children side.

Positive: The location - we (including 4 years old) could walk to the shops and restaurants. It is also in the coast with access to the sea. It’s not far from the airport or Valletta. The hotel was nice with 3 different pools and nice restaurants. It had a nice lobby area. It was family friendly and most staffs were friendly.
Negative: The hotel didn’t have the room we booked for and we found out as we walked into the wrong room. They said the only available room was an accessible room which was hot and dark and they took 30 mins to set up our daughter of bed. The staffs were not well trained to manage problems and they did not have our actual ready by 15:00 which is the standard check in time. We also didn’t get any compensations for their error.
Summary: It could have been a great holiday but we didn’t have our room.

Positive: Eventually we were upgraded to a fantastic room, from then on in it was superb. Great staff and service.
Negative: Booked a sea view room and was given a room 365. This is on the ground floor opposite the terrace where people eat food and have coffee. You could not open the curtains or sit on the balcony unless you wanted to invite everyone!
