Summary: We enjoyed our trip and stay at The Westin. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, in the same Hotel we stayed at then. The room was nice, the staff was very friendly, and the Hotel itself was clean and smelled fresh. Our room was noisy though, lots of loud voices between the rooms, and the people staying above us, had kids , that appeared to be jumping off the bed lots making it very loud in our room.

Summary: Hotel was very clean. Restaurant for breakfast was top notch! Definitely recommend staying here. Staff was very professional and friendly!

Summary: Wonderful staff. Had an upgrade for joining membership. Lovely treats brought to room. Had issues with tv and serviceman was sent up right away. When issue couldn’t be resolved, we were moved to the next room with no issue. Very accommodating 👌

Summary: This property is NOT what you expect when booking at the Westin. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are ridiculously old and decorated like very bad ‘70’s. Toilet seat was dirty, towels badly need replacing, hallways and elevators are filthy. Restaurant overpriced but as expected. Gym hidden in a back, cramped area that feels unsafe. Overall shockingly poor quality.
