Summary: The hotel is very classy but not exactly modern, as you would expect from any Westin property. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were very helpful.

Summary: The room was extremely clean. The bathroom is big and the shower is great with many nozzles in it. The hotel is modern and well kept up. The staff attentive to your needs. My only complaint is that the restaurants are considerably over priced. Also they do not have a la carte menu for breakfast. But fortunately, there are many places to eat near by. While not close to the subway - it is not much of a walk to get to the subway. About 15 minutes away are major shopping areas. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Hotel was not well-maintained, rooms smelled humid (and are carpeted), and was not up to the expected Westin quality. Staff were helpful but hotel was disappointing.
