One of the units of this listing comprises approximately 75% of the house and the other is a small studio (you get both with this booking). You have extreme privacy as both of your units have private entrances. You will have the backyard to yourself with great privacy!

Summary: The house is updated, clean and well maintained . The property is situated in the village of Williamsville and a walking distance from Main St. where there are plenty of restaurants and boutique shops. The house is well stocked from kitchen utensils towels, shampoos down to Qtips. The owner was very responsive to our needs although we did not encounter any problems. We had a very pleasant experience and would give this house a five star rating.

Summary: If you are looking for a great place to stay within walking distance of the Village of Williamsville, then look no further. Clean, comfortable and many small touches that make a stay pleasant. Finest shower I have ever showered in. 6 SHOWER HEADS!! You wont want to get out! My wife is insisting that I purchase the same Washer and Dryer for our home. We will certainly be returning next time we return to the home town. Thanks Chuck!

Summary: STAY HERE!!! We will be back to stay again. If i could give the Charles and his house 6 stars i would. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Very nice updates. We chose the house for the proximity to Buffalo / Niagara Falls and 6 flags but not in the city. It was the perfect location. Little did we know Williamsville is a hidden gem. The people are great the food is amazing and there are parks and waterfalls in walking distance from the house. The check-in was easy and we had no trouble finding the house. Very nice quiet neighborhood. More than enough parking in driveway All the appliances are new and top of the line. Clean and fully stocked kitchen. My wife and son loved the bathtub with tv above it…not to forget the amazing shower with 6 different heads. All 3 bathrooms were clean and fully stocked….more towels than anyone has ever seen in one place. We had pull teeth to get our son out of the theater room in the basement… Furniture is comfortable Beds / mattresses are comfortable. Great sleep. Plenty of space for big family or a couple families. We spent more time at the house than we had planned because it was so nice and everything we needed was provided. The suggestions from Charles were great. From sight seeing to food we enjoyed many options. The instructions for the house, AC, wifi, appliances were spot on. Easy to follow. STAY HERE….WORTH EVERY PENNY. Thank you Charles. We will be back.
