Positive: The property is amazing and located in a safe gated community.   The  2-story house is clean,  modern and very spacious ! Everything in the home is top of the line : kitchen , flooring ,  furniture,  appliances, ... The kitchen is well stocked and has everything we needed to cook . The house has a rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi and a nice view of the Arch .  We were provided with everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for a perfect beach day. The water filtration system gave us peace of mind .
Negative: It is in a developing  community so expect some construction and dusty/bumpy roads to get there. Although the internet service was available  the wifi speed was sometimes slow or lagging .
Summary: Nice property !

Positive: The host was lovely and welcoming. Amazing location on the main flat street. Easy acces to shops, the square and restaurants. washing machine available. If driving you can pull up near the entry of the street, close to the apartment to unload bags, paid parking near by with free parking spots along the road if you can get one. Try the gelato at Gelato Ti Amo, best we had in Italy. Highly recommend the accommodation. We would gladly book there again.

Positive: The place is beautiful and the view even better, you have all kind of appliances available and everything is very clean and working, the host is really kind and he is always making anything for you to be as comfortable as possible. There's a great pool into the neighborhood and a hot tube in the house.
Negative: The only thing we did not like is the road to get to the house, it was under construction and it was really hard to get there without an AWD truck/car.
Summary: Beautiful place, really comfortable and celan.

Positive: Rugapiana 63 is perfectly located in the centre of town and yet the back bedroom is silent. It is beautifully decorated in a traditional style and very comfortable, We had excellent communication with owner.

Positive: The host was waiting for us at the bus station. She was so kind and helpful :) She showed us the house and told us she is available anytime for our questions. A sweet, classic, cozy house in the heart of Cortona very close to the bus station where we needed to take the bus to go to Camucia. Thanks again for the sweet experience.
