Negative: When we got to the building the place was empty and no one in front. I called their number and was told that I have to go to another building which seemed like about 1 mile away to check in. Property didn’t even leave or email me about their check in syastem. When I got there, the line was super long. After checking in we were told that we are staying in building 4 not 3 as it states when I booked it. Check in time was 4pm but with all this problems, we didn’t get to our room til almost 5pm. The room looks dated and the lobby was dark.

Positive: The room at Willow Brook is amazing probably my favorite part of my stay.
Negative: The check in was absolutely ridiculous. We got there at 130 check in is at 4 that's fine my daughter played for a few hours 4:00 comes they tell me our room is still being cleaned come back at 430 to see if it's ready. We didn't end up checking in until 6:00 they kept making excuses. Besides the check in everything else went great no complaints but that was insane to be honest

Positive: Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, jacuzzi tub very nice
Negative: Property didn’t treat roads, parking lots, or sidewalks at all during the ice storm that happened during our stay resulting in extremely slippery conditions. Also the room didn’t have any kitchen supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, sponge, etc… no coffee or coffee maker and no hair dryer.
