Summary: Everything is old and rundown the company Bel-Air is saying this is a luxury place. It’s far from luxury. Everything is stuck in the 70s including the pool chairs two just not happy with the facility at all

Summary: It was comfortable and you got what you paid for. The property is beautiful but things are pretty outdated and not in the best condition… I didn’t see any bugs so I was satisfied :)

Summary: Very disappointed in our stay this year. We were never told there would be no kitchen utensils ect. all cabinets were bare of dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, cleaning supplies I could go on. We definitely should have been informed when I booked our stay.

Summary: This hotel was the definition of okay. Seems like it is in an area the is better suited for the summer based on the proximity to the lake. As far as the hotel and rooms go everything seems to be very dated. It was also certainly not the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in either. The room we stayed in had a kitchenette with a brand new fridge but that was about it. The countertops and other appliances looked to be around 20 years old or so. The living room had a fairly large tv and a fireplace (one of those entertainment center electric ones) as well as sectional/pull out bed which was almost comedically uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. As for the bathroom, the toilet would not stop running all day and night and the tub was beyond disgusting.
