Positive: Perfect overall, Buraq and Mustafa were amazing and very attentive, along with the gentleman that covered the night shift. Rooms were cleaned in no time, and everything was excellent. Great location for cabs to stop right outside as well.

Positive: Room Starting with the basics: cleanliness at check-in, comfort of the pillows and mattress, number of lighting sources, minibar, hangers, and safe - everything was excellent and raised no concerns. I’d like to highlight separately: a full set of toiletries, a shaving kit, dental kit, and slippers - not all hotels provide these, or you often have to request them from reception. A full-size toothbrush and a comb were a pleasant surprise. Shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner were of high quality (I have sensitive skin, and hotel toiletries don’t always suit me). The room had a comfortable humidity level (air conditioning often makes the air too dry in many hotels). Good water pressure (some hotels in the area have issues with showers). Noise was not an issue at all, even during the weekend. Breakfast I’m not particularly demanding when it comes to variety, but quality is important. Throughout the week, I was completely satisfied with the first option that was offered and didn’t feel the need to explore alternatives. It was something like a Turkish-style appetizer plate - cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, jam and honey (more on that separately), olives, and some fruit. A bread plate with a variety of fresh rolls was also included. Plus a main dish - an omelet on toast. Everything was excellent both in taste and product quality. The honey was outstanding - definitely worth trying. The dining area itself is a restaurant on the top floor with a great view and comfortable seating. Staff This is probably the most important aspect, even though I’m mentioning it as third point. All staff members were professional, wore proper uniforms, spoke English at a sufficient level, were friendly, and ready to assist with anything, including navigation around the city. Not in order of priority, but in order of me meeting those people: Burak, Ismail, Enes, Denis, Firat, Seval - thank you very much for your hospitality and service! I’d be happy to see you again!

Positive: My room was so comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent for walking to many restaurants and shopping in beautiful Istanbul. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff are lovely and professional.
