Positive: The property is fantastic for a home from home stay with everything you could possibly need. Host was lovely and friendly. Beautiful setting. Also had a dedicated EV charging point. Close to arty Bruton and lots of amazing restaurants short drive.
Negative: WiFi is not brilliant but I wouldnโ€™t expect it to be when staying in the countryside.

Positive: Lovely stay in The Winning Post cottage for New Year with everything we needed. Comfortable and cosy. Perfect location in the countryside away from it all and within a good distance too surrounding towns to visit. For staying over at New Year it was very good value for money.
Negative: I would have liked for the garden area to have been more private and to have had our own patio area separate from the owners patio, which was linked on. Fortunately for us staying at this time of the year, we weren't sitting outside.
Summary: Lovely comfortable and cosy cottage.

Negative: Lack of decent Wi-Fi, not too much of a problem for us but would be if you had a couple of teenagers.

Negative: The WiFi was poor. Kitchen a bit lacking in cookware. A second settee would be more comfortable. 6 people would be a push
