Summary: Went to stay here for a night with my husband and loved it. I loved the bath in my room as the water pressure was good and I could watch the tv while I was in the bath. The grounds were amazing and I can imagine how it would look in the summer months. The buildings themselves were very well maintained and absolutely stunning. We had breakfast with our stay too which was spot on too. Would definitely come back again. x

Summary: Beautiful property, the bar staff were fantastic and really helpful with recommendations. The breakfast was so good! The only.issue was the room was very hot- where we stayed (the mews) the pipes were constantly radiating heat even with the radiator off. We had to have the fan on and the window open all night, despite it only being around 12 degrees outside. We also made use of the spa facilities (extra £20 each) just next door which was lovely.

Summary: The room smelled strongly of chemical cleaners and mildew. The throw blanket looked like it barely survived WW2, three out of the four pillows felt like they were stuffed with lead and leather. The whole wing was lit with ugly fluorescent lighting. Had to sleep with the window open in the middle of winter to avoid major headache and lung issues.

Summary: Had an amazing stay. The building, grounds and the rooms were all stunning and clean, but what really stood out were the staff - everyone we met at the hotel was not only super-friendly but able to take a moment to have a good chat. Will definitely be back!

Summary: The first room we were given was not what we expected as we had booked a garden view. This was resolved quickly by the receptionist. The second room was beautiful as was the view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room well stocked and clean.
