Positive: Jacuzzi and Sauna were a wonderful part of the stay. Lots of Beds! The kitchen had everything we needed and more ! We used the pool at the spa. The staff there were lovely. Perfect location.

Positive: The condo breakdown was nice. Three bedrooms queen or king size beds. Including one had twin/full bunk beds. That is a great breakdown; each room has its own bathroom plus half bath near the living room. We loved the BBQ grill not many places have them.
Negative: My cousin arrived before me and had to clean the fridge, wipe down the kitchen counters and a few other things. One of the bedrooms had the bed made but looked like someone had lied in the bed. There was also a broken window and I made sure to e-mail the rental company. There is also a strange odor in the half bath and front room. I’m thinking maybe the house was closed for a while. I’ve rented other condos in Killington from the same co. and this is the first time cleanliness was an issue. I reached out to the rental company and they always replied and apologized but they should have sent someone over to see the problems. They offered a percentage of the cleaning fee back.

Positive: Good location. Good layout. Very spacious. Access to pool and spa was nice.
Negative: Wasn’t very clean. Trash and food underneath bed, couch, and left outside on back deck. Terrible smell coming from the downstairs bathroom that emanated throughout the condo.

Positive: Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Jacuzzi tub in upstairs bedroom was very spacious.
Negative: There was a very bad smell coming from the half bathroom which lingered towards the dining area. Most cooking pans were dirty and seemed to have burnt pieces of food in them as if they weren’t cleaned at all after use. Had some problems with the TV where it would randomly take off the movie that was playing and play something else.

Negative: Having to worry about driving the trash down the road or doing the dishes at the end of our trip by 10am is a bit of an ask when the renter is paying over $500 in cleaning fees.
