Summary: Perfect place to stay if you have horses or animals with you, very quiet home and easy access to amenities. Property manager was wonderful and very helpful with the property.

Summary: We had a nice time staying at the property. The cookware was unusable. All the pans and pots were coated with many scratches flaking the coating. We had to turn the water heater up because the bathtub was freezing to my boys. And everything else was wonderful!! I would recommend and I would stay there again.

Summary: We used the VRBO for my family from Wyoming for a family members funeral. Only there to shower and sleep for 2 days. We were so thankful to have it. A couple of suggestions-some of the windows need either curtains or blinds and it needs sprayed for bugs.

Summary: If you are looking for a place to keep your horses or mules with you this is the perfect spot! Located directly in between Palo Duro Canyon and Caprock it is the perfect place to stay to go hike or ride trails. Quiet country stay but easy to access from the main road. We enjoyed riding the trails in Palo Duro Canyon. Also enjoyed going to see the play TEXAS and Zip Lining over the Canyon. Plan to be back and see what all Caprock has to offer. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Great location from Caprock Canyons where we visited for the weekend. Apryll was responsive and made our stay great. Also, there's a hairdryer in the main bathroom now (a previous review mentioned there wasn't one!)
