Summary: The hotel was very clean, but it was a bit far. There were only senior people and the elderly people. There were not so much activated and it was a bit boring because there was not so much to do except the swimming.

Summary: -We had to pay 16 euros for using safety deposit box in our own hotel room that we had paid almost 300 euros a night which was absolutely outragious. -The music played at the hotel pool was terribly loud -Breakfast left alot to be desired. All of the hot foods were cold because the hotel didin’t have/use hot lamps to keep the food warm. The overall variety of the foods were also really poor. -Had to pay to rent a towel in the hotel property which was baffling aswel. -The whole hotel had undergone some renovations but all of the renovations had been done really cheaply. The hotels swimming pool had a broken ladder which was abit dangerous. Also one of the fire sprinklers outside of our hotel room was leaking and caused one of us to slip.

Summary: We stayed here in May and had the most amazing time. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The staff went out of their way to make sure our every need was met. The bar tender for the beach Kiki especially went above and beyond making sure that my fiance and I had next level customer service. They made us feel at home while on vacation and ensured this was our best stay ever!

Summary: The staff were the most friendly and hospitable place I’ve ever stayed. Very helpful, informative, friendly, and overall just a really nice place to stay. People were always cleaning. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it. Absolutely gorgeous, best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel, really good drinks. 10/10

Summary: Clean room although the balcony door needs replaced due to water in-between glazing. Double bed not available although 2 singles put together. We were all inclusive and choice for price very good value. Staff very helpful & pleasant.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and came with a large variety of choices. The pool is relaxing and we really liked having the beach so close to the hotel.

Summary: 4 nights with my daughter. Good location right on the beach, pool ok but very cold water, the sea was warmer I think… Busstop just a step away on the mainstreet that takes you straight to Heraklion or if u like to Agios Nikolaus. Only are Breakfast but it was good and lots to chose from. Can recommend the Hotel.

Summary: The receptionist was great.. Also the restaurant manager is a professional and wonderful person.. The hotel is old and needs renovation.. The bed is hard and the covers are light, not clean and smell bad.. The breakfast was good and varied
