Positive: Nice interiors. Very modern and spacious. All amenities were there. Plenty of space outdoor for games. The Kiddy play area was a nice touch. Pool was very nice and size was good. Water was warm. Being peak summer, air-conditioning cooled well in all rooms. Kitchen being outside the main villa was also a very good option. Majlis area was awesome for late night Karaoke and large enough to fit our entire group. Please take note of the timings. 1500-Check-in and 12pm-Check out Abdulla was a great host and communicated well and was always in touch. He also offered to drop off dates while he was passing by in the evening. We will definitely be coming back again!
Negative: Foul smell in the both the bathrooms in the main villa. Seems like the drain was clogged. Made using the bathrooms a bit difficult. But just a small downside to the rest of the amenities. Not that we were in the bathroom at all time :) Another point to be noted is while booking it showed as 3 bedroom villa, but it is actually 2 bedroom in the main villa and a huge covered air-conditioned Majlis on the outside. Just a small feedback. No issues really! Another thing to highlight is that the pool had a lot of tiles broken off on the floor which kept poking the feet. Needs fixing. Some extra toilet rolls in the bathroom would have have been great as well Above is just feedback and nothing that our group did not like Our stay was superb!

It has multiple bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private swimming pool, a garden with barbecue facilities, majilis and playground area for kids. Positive: It's an excellent place for family or friends. Luxury and super comfortable place with amazing views of mountains and many sitting areas & 10 mins walking to one of the best beaches in UAE. The decorations are very well organised, even when it comes to small details. If you are looking for a quiet, comfort & privacy, I highly recommend TheOne villa. I would like to thank Mr. Abdulla a lot for his hospitality and great welcoming. Also, for guiding us to the amazing nearby attractions.
