VERY close gentle walk to lake (100ft) with a Gazebo. TWO docks(1sinfle slip and 1 swimming platform )- great for gathering and many fun activities. 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Our property is located right on Lake Lanier with a FANTASTIC view of the Lake,our house is perfect for a Romantic getaway ,family gatherings, weekend away or relaxing time with friends

Summary: My family came down to Lake Lanier with our bass boat for a week of fishing. We had a fun time catching spotted bass all week. We plugged extension cords (150’ reaches, but 200’ would give you some slack) into the gazebo to charge the trolling motor batteries every night. The driveway is narrow and steep, but we got our trailer down there to park it by the house for the week. Other than fishing, there was so much neat stuff around. The Georgia Aquarium was worth battling the traffic to Atlanta. The Mall of Georgia was really nice. We hiked to Indian Seats, which was beautiful and memorable. The Main Street in Buford has neat restaurants and the best ice cream at Buford Station Creamery! The day we stopped in they had live music by the nicest gentleman with a guitar! Enjoyed the thoroughly. There is a AAA baseball team just past the Mall of Georgia and they were having fireworks night. So many cool things to do in addition to the lake life. We were forgetful and left behind our spare boat keys and my raincoat. Our host was so kind about getting those shipped back to us. We are very thankful not only for that, but for sharing their cute red cottage with us!

Summary: The property is as listed - there is some wear and tear which is expected with any short term rental. The home was well decorated, including some cute seasonal fall decor. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. My husband and I were fine with the accommodations and my toddler had a blast finding pinecones in the grass. The driveway is pretty steep - which is normal for the area. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet which we really enjoyed.

Summary: Exceeded our expectations. Easily sleeps 8. The kitchen was spacious and had all the things we needed to cook a large meal. The location was beautiful and quiet. Would absolutely recommend.

Summary: We had a nice time at this lake cottage. It was decorated nicely and was a good size for our family of 4. It is close to the water and is located in a nice cove. I guess because school was back in session, we had the cove almost all to ourselves during our stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Also, the person we rented from was very helpful and always replied to my emails. We recommend staying at this lovely cottage.
