Positive: Great location, quiet and unbeatable value for money. Basic facilities with our room having a couch, microwave, fridge, cattle. Since I am driven by budget and practicalities, we will stay again as the small imperfections are well balanced by location and price. Onstreet parking is for a small charge using the parking vending machine - it does takes contactless payment and is very cheap. You only pay for day hours.

Negative: We did have a couch in the room which was an unexpected bonus, but it showed some stains which were rather off putting. As a standard, the hotel does not provide shampoo, so be ready and bring yours.

Positive: Spacious apartment, nicely decorated, good location, parking free on weekends. Great terrace. Water in the shower was hot/warm so cannot confirm other complaints.

Negative: There are no blackout curtains in the bedroom (despite some being there on the pictures), thus bright in the morning. As others mentioned no dish soap or dishwasher tablets. Beds a bit squeaky.

Positive: The location is nice, pretty quiet, room is very spacious. Kitchenette and large fridge in the room. Parks and restaurants and cafes around. Parking around the place is cheap.

Negative: There was some unpleasant smell in the room coming from kitchenette, sponge and kitchen towels smelled. Bathroom not the cleanest. Tolerable overall, but not for the germ freaks for sure :)

Positive: I liked the fact that this apartment is located on the ground floor with a little terrace. Since there is no elevator in the building it is a valid advantage. The facilities also provide Thai Massage with 50% discount for residents which we all liked very much. The TV and Internet connections worked fine and without any problems. Very good place for an overnight with clear party-purpose.

Negative: The general standard is quite poor, I would say that even below its price. The kitchen was not particularly well equipped, there were just 2 spoons (I booked for 3 persons), 1 wine glass, not any spare garbage bags, just a few dishwasher tabs surely not enough for 8 days staying. The frying pans and pots were so used that I found it dangerous to prepare anything using them. They require immediate exchange. Furniture look as if it was collected from the flea market, old stinky sofas (covered just by newer mattresses) in the Livingroom and the crackling beds in the bedroom. The Ikea-like bedsheets were undoubtedly washed so many times before that they were simply tearing in my hands. Bathroom is constructed quite clumsy, water is pouring on shelves, there is not enough toilet paper for longer staying. I wanted to use the washing machine but apparently something is wrongly set up because the speed swirling program didn't work and everything was super wet. Apart from that there was no warm water whatsoever. I called the service providers and it was fixed the next day, so a plus here, nevertheless the water system is clearly not efficient enough for so many apartments and guests.

Summary: Not good for longer staying with children when special care and facilities are needed.
