Positive: Excellent pre-arrival communication.. We asked whether an iron board and an iron were available before arrival and found them already in the room when we arrived. Mineral water in fridge (but tap water is excellent). Breakfast good. Slightly outside village- so one needs a car; however, it's very tranquil. Good wifi, comfortable matress.

Positive: The location is great for nature lovers. Beautiful hill atop the village with mountains all around. The staff is really nice and helpful, from reception to poolside restaurant.

Negative: Unfortunately, several things: - it was unclear how to operate the a/c. The first night we couldn’t sleep as the a/c barely worked. - Hot water seldomly worked and the water even stopped during a shower. - Pool water was murky and didn’t feature even minor heating, it was freezing. - Reception was barely staffed

Positive: Honestly the staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to help me. The room had everything I needed. The restaurant served a delicious meal at a very reasonable price. I would come back here.

Positive: What a beautiful place in Thermos. Off the path a bit from any large cities and a close walk to a very cute town. The restaurant was very good, room was beautiful and the view was amazing. I highly recommend your stay here if you wish to have a bit of quiet and peace with some scenery. The staff was very good at communicating and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Beautiful property, very close to Thermo (but you do need a car). Friendly owners. Effective communication before arrival. Easy check in and check out. Strong wifi (free of charge). We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, the room was spacious, the balcony had a view over the mountains. Be advised that there were no cooking utensils, plates, detergent or towel in the kitchenette. It was winter when we visited but the room was warm. Good breakfast, with both sweet and savory choices.
