Positive: It's a well maintained guest house. You have everything one needs. Shared kitchen to cook with all white goods, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs and also has washing machine and dryer. The room I stayed isn't that big, but sufficient for 2 with own bathroom, but comfy bed and well insulated with a small tv. Bathroom is nice with hot water when needed and tidy. Internet is fast. Quick responses from landlady.
